Awards

For thirteen years Ron Kandelaars worked as a producer/writer/presenter with the popular tourism and lifestyle program ‘Postcards’ on Channel Nine in South Australia. The program was a regular top-ten rating program and ultimately won two Australian Tourism Awards, four South Australian Tourism Awards and gained entry into the South Australian Tourism Awards Hall of Fame.

In 2011 Ron was awarded South Australian of the Year (Tourism) in the Advantage SA South Australian of the Year Awards. In the same year, he was also presented with an award for Outstanding Contribution by an Individual at the South Australian Tourism Awards.
